I’m a Financial Systems Analyst with the Corporate IT department and am responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting our financial consolidations, planning and reporting applications.
I’ve really enjoyed working at Exide. It’s been challenging but I’ve been given the opportunity to help improve the applications and processes that Exide uses for its financial and management reporting and I find that really exciting. We’re also working on migrating to some new tools that will allow us to improve and automate even more of these processes and I’m really looking forward to that.
I would highlight the people that make up Exide Technologies. I work at the corporate office in Milton, Georgia and have been blessed with meeting and working with quite a few of Exide’s employees. They are talented, dedicated, hard working and a lot of fun to be around.
I love music and playing the guitar is something that I really enjoy. I also play softball for the Exide Co-ed and Men’s softball teams. We probably won’t be bringing home a national championship anytime soon but we have a ton of fun out there. All of that said, spending time with my family is what I enjoy the most. When I thank God for all of things that I’ve been blessed with, my family is at the very top of that list.
I would share with them that Exide Technologies has an absolutely tremendous amount of potential and, I believe, that we’re on the cusp of some really great things so if you’re looking for the opportunity to work for a company that is made up of talented, hard working, good hearted people that are committed to the future and if you want to grow and be challenged, Exide is the place for you.
