Dominique, what’s your role in Exide?

I am a Branch Coordinator responsible for maintaining the Branch Office in areas such as accounting, customer services, and record keeping.

How would you describe the Company?

Exide is a great company overall. Exide provides opportunities for growth within the company such as job advancement, incentive programs, share options, 401k match options and an excellent support system for its employees and most important great people to work with.

What do you highlight as the best point about working in Exide?

The best point in working for Exide is the knowledge I have gained within my 5 years as “The Exide Battery Girl” in which my customers have deemed me as knowledgable pertaining to batteries and how they are made and the time and effort that goes into each battery sold.

What would be your piece of advice for those willing to join Exide?

Strive for greatness in all that you do for the company and keep an open mind ready to learn new things everyday.
